NO ONE wants to check you out !!!! You stand waiting and waiting. There is always an employee that will tell me someone will help me soon, BUT, It is only when I'm putting my clothes and accessories down to leave ... I'll get service. REALLY?? I used to love to shop there. Sometimes I think about going in to shop, but, the last 3 experience have caused me to change my mind. Maybe the employees need more training on customer service. Other than that... I love Cato. Just NOT this one in Lagrange Ga.. Plus it's become unorganized. Cluttered ..
