  It is a coin toss on the level of service you will receive. Last month there was an issue with my prescription and the pharmacy technician was great. She figured it out the following day and called me to pick up my prescription. I went back this month to get my prescription and the same issue occurred. I explained this to the pharmacist and she told me basically tough stuff, pay the wrong amount or I could not get my prescription. Very unhappy with the service yesterday, I looked for the pharmacy tech from last month but did not see her. I have moved my business today to another pharmacy after being with CVS for over 10 years.
