  Terrible service! I have now special ordered twice from this store and both times they have lost my order. I decided to give them another chance this last order and again they have not only lost my order once but twice. You would think with a special order someone in the store would be responsible for tracking and ensuring customer satisfaction. Nope. We have had to call for updates and go to the store. Then the icing on the cake. They charged my credit card but can't refund me for 3-5 business days. Never again.

  They are very friendly and are quick to help you find the exact thing you are looking for. They will ask if you need assistance without you having to look for them. And they know exactly where everything is. They are friendly and all about their customers. I give them a big thumbs up.
