  PWG subcontracted out the tile work in my new shower. At end of job PWG sales manager, Marvin Turner, sent an email with new invoice adding additional charges for surplus work and custom work. Marvin informed us that the subcontractor;s hours and travel time went over what was allowed. He did state we didn't have to pay the extra as we had not discussed any of this at the estimate which was done by Dave of PWG with 35 years experience. An associate was sent to my home to measure for glass enclosure 12/7/17. We never received word although we called and emailed PWG. I finally went to their office during lunch break to face them. No glass had been ordered and I was told they couldn't get any glass for the quoted price I was given (Yet we weren't told this for 7 weeks). We paid 50% down and expected to pay remainder after the glass shower enclosure was installed. Since PWG closed the job out and told me we would have to get an outside source for glass; that was ended. This week Marvin Turner sent us a new invoice which I though was a credit for them ending the job and causing me to wait 7 weeks for work, and non communication. However, it seems it was actually a bill for the surcharges and not sure what else. Doesn't seem fair or good business practice. All I asked for was the truth, and they could not give me that until I appeared in person. I am very disappointed and although I felt they were a good company they've given me reason to now completely change my mind. I do not recommend them.
