  So staples is no longer customer friendly!!! They want even send a fax for you. Why do you have a fax machine if you don't send faxes. It would take less than a minute to dial a number. But they want you to go to this "self serve" machine, get a card to put in a fax machine. Go to the fax machine and put this card in there. Then send the fax. Ok, that is just to many steps when the employee could take the number, dial the number, wait on another customer while waiting on a confirmation number. Less than a minute verse go here go there. What ever. I'll just find a place like the ups store that is more customer friendly from here on. I was going to shop while they did this but they want be getting anymore of my money. Just plain CRAZY!!!!!
