- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 22, 2019, by V MudWrong insurance cards filed by Walmart caused delay problems. Medicine not available for several days. They needed insurance cards on multiple occasions and did not return them on two occasions. Fort required me to get another card. Second occasion __ When I returned to get card it was in a folder with my number in the trash can. The people are very friendly and nice. But management oversight is lacking.
